Here at American Toxicology, we stand behind our testing results 100%.  Therefore, when it comes to in-depth information and court cases involving testing done through us, we will be the expert on your behalf.  Testifying in court cases (such as unemployment hearings and termination lawsuits) is a free service provided to all our client companies.  Whether you need an expert witness via telephone or live and in person in a court room, American Toxicology will be there for you.  Along with any testifying needed, American Toxicology’s Expert Witness also provides these services:

• -The retrieval, photocopying, and notarizing of any and all paper documentation requested by the client or the courts.  This may include (but is not limited to): chain of custody, requisitions, result reports, policies and procedures, and various company licenses to ensure qualifications.

• The process of multiple confirmations and verification of collected samples and their results to ensure quality assurance.

• The availability via telephone .  This aids in the necessity of an Expert Witness telephonically.  This is also beneficial to you as an individual; you can rest assure that there will be a live person to help answer your questions and concerns – whether they are about a specific case or simply general information inquiries.

• Our Expert Witness has the experience and knowledge needed to be there in the court room with you to fully explain and translate our result reports, as well as dispel any false information or inferences that may arise.
